A life-long Georgia native, Brian Cole's skill and love of photography, drawing,
painting and printmaking makes him a versatile artist by nature. Brian's eye for
candid expressions and capturing life's unexpected moments make his photography
authentic and sincere. Whether it's a mother fussing over her daughter's veil,
little flower girls giggling, or proud eyes brimming with joy, Brian's artistic
style is relaxed and real. "Photography lets me capture the fleeting moments –
I look for the little things the average person would miss," he says.
An educator of nearly 10 years by profession, Brian teaches photography, video production, computer
graphics and journalism. He holds a BFA in Scientific Illustration from the University of Georgia and
is a frequent guest lecturer on photography for the Columbia Scholastic Press Association at Columbia
